Designing for this human sized dolls house was a challenge.

With enclosed rooms and ceilings throughout, the only way to light the scenes was from practical fixtures, and hidden slots and holes in the set. The windows provided a much needed day and night key source and allowed Lucy to sculpt the colorful 1950’s rooms and costumes in hyper-real naturalism. The results reflected the inspirations taken from 1950’s advertising of the period.
