Examining the Salome story from a contemporary and feminine perspective, this production dissected the patriarchal structures and relationships within our societies.
An all female creative team collaborated to create a performance that is visually raw and exposing, to highlight the male gaze and that Salome can only express and fulfill her desires in the male constructs of her upbringing.
